Terms of Service

The terms for using Ignite websites, memberships, and community services.

Effective September 16, 2026

These Terms of Service, including the community standards below (“Terms”), govern your use of ignitekg.org, members.ignitekg.org, related Ignite applications, and the membership services to which these Terms are presented (“Services”). They form an agreement between you and Ignite Kingdom Group (“Ignite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1 Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement to create a member account. When presented with these Terms during registration or purchase, accept them only if you agree. If you do not agree, do not register or purchase the applicable Service. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it for that use.

Ignite is a faith-based community for business leaders choosing to participate in a Christian community. Members must engage honestly and respectfully. Membership does not certify anyone's beliefs, qualifications, character, or business practices.

2 Services and membership

Services may include profiles, member discovery, introductions, direct and group conversations, events, Chapters, Partner Groups, Boards of Advisors, prayer, check-ins, commitments, and related community features. Availability depends on the offer, eligibility, location, capacity, application review, placement, and activation.

Ignite offers a free community and paid programs where described in an offer. Purchasing membership does not guarantee a particular introduction, referral, business result, group placement, seat, or professional exclusivity. We will describe material eligibility and placement conditions before you purchase a service subject to them. This paragraph does not excuse us from delivering benefits expressly sold to you or providing remedies required by law.

Membership and placement are personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise. Additional terms for an event or program apply only when clearly disclosed and agreed where required. A specific offer controls its stated price, term, and benefits; it cannot remove non-waivable rights.

3 Accounts and security

Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current. Protect your credentials, do not share or sell your account, and do not impersonate others. Notify info@ignitekg.org promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own misuse and failure to take reasonable care; these Terms do not automatically make you responsible for activity outside your control. We may verify identity or authority before sensitive account changes.

4 Charges and automatic renewal

Before you buy, the offer and checkout will disclose the price, billing interval, included benefits, any trial or introductory period, recurring charges, and cancellation terms. By expressly agreeing to a recurring offer, you authorize Ignite and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method on the disclosed schedule until you cancel. A free account does not by itself authorize paid charges.

An automatically renewing membership renews for the interval disclosed at purchase unless cancelled before the next renewal is processed. We provide billing confirmations and renewal or change notices as required by the applicable offer and law. Any trial or promotional conversion must be disclosed before enrollment; these Terms do not create a trial offer.

We will disclose changes to future prices or material paid benefits in advance and obtain renewed consent where required. Changes will not retroactively increase a charge already incurred. Required taxes and mandatory charges will be disclosed as applicable. Failed or reversed payments may interrupt paid benefits after any required notice, without authorizing misleading or duplicate collection.

5 Cancellation

You can stop future renewal through the membership site's billing controls and the linked Stripe customer portal. You can also request cancellation at info@ignitekg.org. If the online controls do not work, contact us promptly; a support issue should not prevent you from exercising an applicable cancellation right.

For a standard membership cancelled at the end of its billing period, access continues through the paid-through date and the subscription does not renew. The cancellation confirmation identifies the applicable end date. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund past charges. A refund request does not by itself cancel future renewal; tell us if you want both.

Deleting the application, stopping use, or submitting an account-deletion request is not the same as cancelling a subscription. If you ask us to close your account, we will coordinate any associated subscription and tell you what happens to future billing before completing closure.

6 Refunds

For an ordinary membership's first purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days after the charge. For an accidental automatic renewal, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days after the renewal charge if you have not substantially used the paid services during that renewal period. Merely signing in does not by itself establish substantial use.

To request a refund, email info@ignitekg.org with the account email, approximate charge date, and reason. Do not include full card details. We may verify the request against the payment record. We correct confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges. We explain our decision and, when approved, process the refund to the original payment method where available. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Outside these refund windows, refunds are available when required by law or expressly promised in the applicable offer. Nothing in these Terms limits rights concerning unauthorized charges, undelivered services, statutory cancellation, or other mandatory remedies. Membership fees are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations merely because Ignite is a nonprofit.

7 Community standards

Use the Services lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, unlawfully discriminate, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or intentionally harmful material. Do not misrepresent qualifications, affiliations, offers, or results.

Do not send spam or deceptive solicitations, harvest member details, bypass access controls, distribute malware, disrupt the Services, or use unauthorized automation to create accounts or send messages. You may obtain your own information through authorized privacy-request methods; that does not authorize extracting other members' information.

Do not share someone else's private messages, prayer, check-ins, safety reports, business information, or meeting content outside the authorized audience without permission, except where lawful disclosure is necessary for a legitimate safety report or legal obligation. Do not record, transcribe, stream, or introduce an automated meeting assistant into a private session without clear advance notice and every participant's consent, and any additional permission required by law or program rules.

You may not make unlawful financial promotions, facilitate illegal transactions, or present unlicensed professional advice as Ignite-approved advice. You may not evade restrictions or help others violate these standards. Report safety concerns through available reporting tools or info@ignitekg.org. The Services are not an emergency-response channel; contact emergency services for immediate danger.

8 Private spaces and member content

Respect the intended audience of each private space. Access to one group does not authorize access to another. Use confidential information only for the purpose for which it was shared. Ignite uses access controls, but cannot guarantee that participants will preserve confidentiality.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant Ignite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, format, reproduce, transmit, and display it as reasonably needed to provide and secure the Services for the permitted audience. You must have the rights needed to submit the content and grant this limited license.

This license does not permit Ignite to turn private content into public marketing or an identifiable testimonial without separate permission. Consent to aggregate outcome reporting does not alone authorize publication of a private narrative. Suggestions may be used to improve the Services without payment, but this does not authorize disclosure of private personal information.

After account deletion, shared conversation history may remain available to authorized participants, with profile attribution changed to “Deleted member.” Message text may still identify its author. The content license continues only to the extent needed for lawfully retained shared history, backups, legal obligations, security, or dispute records. Retention remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy rights; it is not an unlimited license or a waiver of deletion rights.

9 Other members and third parties

Members are responsible for their statements and dealings. Unless Ignite expressly agrees in writing, it is not a party to transactions, investments, referrals, or professional-service contracts between members. Make your own informed decisions and obtain appropriate professional advice. A profile, badge, introduction, or placement is not a guarantee or endorsement.

Linked third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Ignite remains responsible for its own obligations; a third-party disclaimer does not eliminate them.

10 Ignite materials and intellectual property

Ignite and its licensors retain their rights in the software, design, branding, and materials they provide. Subject to these Terms, you may use the Services for their intended personal or internal business purposes. Do not copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except as permitted by law. Report suspected infringement to info@ignitekg.org with enough information to identify the material and your claim.

11 Moderation and termination

We may reasonably restrict access, remove content, pause placement, or suspend or terminate an account to address violations, safety or security risks, legal obligations, or payment and eligibility issues. When appropriate, we will provide the reason and an opportunity to seek review at info@ignitekg.org. We may act without advance notice when delay would create harm, compromise an investigation, or violate law.

You may stop using the Services and request account closure. We will address remaining billing and data handling under the applicable sections above. If Ignite discontinues a paid service without your breach, we will address unused prepaid benefits fairly, including any refund required by the offer or law. Termination does not eliminate accrued obligations or non-waivable rights.

12 Advice and outcomes

Ignite provides community and relationship services, not legal, tax, investment, medical, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice. Seek a qualified professional when needed. Ignite does not guarantee revenue, introductions, funding, compatibility, personal or spiritual results, or other members' conduct. These limitations do not negate explicit paid-service commitments or legal duties.

13 Service warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. This section does not excuse a failure to meet obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Ignite and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services. Subject to the exclusions below, total liability for claims arising from the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid Ignite for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not limit non-waivable privacy or consumer remedies or refund obligations expressly stated in these Terms.

14 Third party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs caused by your unlawful content, intentional misuse of the Services, or violation of another person's rights. This does not require you to cover Ignite's own negligence or misconduct. Ignite will give reasonable notice of a covered claim, allow reasonable participation in its defense, and will not agree to a settlement imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.

15 Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live, Nebraska law governs these Terms. You and Ignite should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and discussion for 30 days. This process does not restrict regulator complaints, urgent relief, eligible small-claims proceedings, or action needed to preserve a legal deadline.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, court proceedings will be brought in state courts in Sarpy County, Nebraska, or the federal courts serving that county. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

16 Changes and general provisions

We will post revised Terms with their effective date and provide additional notice of material changes. We will obtain acceptance where required before applying changed terms. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights. A change to the Terms does not substitute for a billing consent or privacy consent required by law.

These Terms and expressly agreed applicable offer terms form the agreement for the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment in a reorganization or transfer of the Services remains subject to applicable rights and obligations. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including lawful confidentiality, ownership, and dispute provisions, survive only to that extent.
