Privacy Policy

How Ignite collects, uses, shares, and protects your information.

Effective September 16, 2026

Ignite Kingdom Group (“Ignite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a faith-based membership community for business leaders. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through ignitekg.org, members.ignitekg.org, our leadership tools, and related membership services and communications. It also explains how to contact us about your information.

1 Information we collect

Account and profile information. We collect information you provide when joining or maintaining your membership, such as your name, email address, contact information, city and state, profile photo, business, professional role, capabilities, interests, needs, and offers. We also maintain account identifiers, membership status, applications, placements, and account settings.

Community information. Depending on the features you use, we process introductions, direct and group messages, prayer requests and responses, calling information, check-ins, commitments, meeting or event participation, outcomes, and content you submit to community spaces. We record consent and publication choices, including permissions concerning testimony and outcomes. Prayer, faith-related content, and personal narratives may reveal religious beliefs, health information, or other sensitive matters.

Billing and support information. We receive membership, subscription, payment-status, transaction-reference, refund, and billing-contact information needed to administer paid services. Stripe processes payment details through its payment interfaces. Do not send full card numbers or payment credentials to Ignite by email or in community content. We also process support correspondence, privacy requests, safety reports, and records of actions taken to resolve them.

Technical information. Our services and providers process technical information needed for authentication, delivery, reliability, and security, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, session identifiers, timestamps, and diagnostic or access logs. Camera and microphone information is processed when you enable those features during an available live session.

2 Where information comes from

We receive information directly from you, automatically through your interaction with the services, and from providers supporting those services. Other members may provide information about you through introductions, conversations, or reports. Authorized leaders may maintain membership and placement records. If records are migrated from an earlier Ignite system, we use them to maintain membership continuity, subject to the applicable notices and choices.

3 How we use information

We use personal information to create and secure accounts; administer membership and billing; provide member discovery, introductions, and communication; operate the community experiences you choose; manage applications, events, and placements; respond to support and privacy requests; and maintain your preferences and consent records.

We also use information to investigate misuse, enforce community rules, prevent fraud, diagnose service problems, meet legal obligations, and maintain records necessary to resolve disputes. We send service messages about accounts, security, membership, and payments, and community or promotional communications according to applicable choices and consent requirements.

We request separate permission before using an identifiable private story or testimony in public marketing. Permission for aggregate outcome reporting does not by itself authorize publication of an identifiable narrative.

4 Who can receive information

Members and community participants. Information you make available through a profile, directory, introduction, message, or community space is available to the audience permitted by that feature. A private group is not the public website, but its participants can still copy or disclose what they receive. Please review the audience before sharing sensitive information. A confidentiality rule cannot guarantee another participant's conduct.

Authorized personnel. Ignite personnel and authorized leaders may access information needed for their assigned administration, support, safety, or legal responsibilities, subject to applicable access restrictions. A leadership role does not by itself mean access to every private conversation or community space.

Providers. We use providers supporting hosting, authentication, databases and storage, payments, and enabled communications or live-media features. The platform uses Vercel, Supabase, and Stripe. Providers receive information needed for their functions. Where a provider separately determines how it uses information, its own privacy notice also applies; that does not replace this explanation of Ignite's handling.

Legal and organizational needs. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or resolve disputes. If the services are transferred through a reorganization or similar transaction, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate protection and notice.

5 Cookies and advertising choices

We use cookies or similar browser storage for functions such as maintaining sign-in sessions and preferences. Browser controls may allow you to remove or block storage, although this may affect sign-in and other features.

Ignite does not sell your personal information.

6 Your choices and privacy requests

You can update information through available profile and account settings. To request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email desiree@ignite-cb.com. Members may also submit export or account-deletion requests through the Your data page. A submitted request begins a review; it does not itself generate a complete export or immediately erase an account.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority, taking account of the sensitivity of the request. Do not email passwords, full payment details, identity documents, or private community narratives unless we arrange an appropriate secure method. We will explain any permitted limitation or refusal and provide the response and review procedures required by applicable law.

Depending on your residence and the law applicable to Ignite, you may have additional rights relating to sensitive information, sale or targeted advertising, portability, authorized agents, or appeals. You can request a review of our response by replying to the privacy contact with the subject “Privacy request review.” We will not retaliate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Removing information needed to provide a feature may make that feature unavailable.

You can use the unsubscribe method in promotional emails or contact us to stop promotional messages. Essential account, security, payment, and request-response messages may still be sent. Where optional text messaging is offered, the applicable enrollment notice and opt-out instructions govern that program. You may change device camera, microphone, or notification permissions in your device or browser settings.

You may contact us to withdraw a consent. Withdrawal affects the processing covered by that consent going forward, subject to applicable law and information already lawfully shared. We will explain practical limits for previously distributed material.

7 Retention and account deletion

We retain information according to its purpose, the duration of your membership or interaction, outstanding requests or disputes, security needs, and applicable legal and accounting obligations. Retention is not necessarily the same for account records, community content, financial records, logs, and backups.

When an account-deletion request is fulfilled, we remove or de-identify account information as appropriate, subject to applicable exceptions. Shared conversation history may remain available to its authorized participants with profile attribution changed to “Deleted member.” The text of a retained message may itself still identify you; removing profile attribution is not complete anonymization. You may identify particular sensitive content for separate review. Shared-history retention is subject to applicable deletion rights and is not an automatic exception to every request.

Limited records may be retained for legal obligations, payment reconciliation, security, disputes, or documented legal holds. Backup copies may remain until their applicable expiration or replacement cycle. We will explain relevant retention limitations when responding to your request. Cancelling a paid membership and requesting account deletion are separate processes. To stop future renewals, use the billing cancellation controls or contact us; do not assume that a pending deletion request has stopped charges.

8 Security and processing locations

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information, including access restrictions and account-security controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your sign-in credentials and report suspected account misuse promptly.

The services are intended for users in the United States. Providers may process information in locations where they operate.

9 Adults only

Membership is intended for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly invite children to create member accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an account, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Do not submit unnecessary identifying information about children in community content.

10 Changes and contact

We will post an updated effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice, or obtain consent, when required for a material change. We will not use a revised policy to bypass choices or protections that continue to apply to previously collected information.
