You do not need to invent a chapter from scratch or recruit a full room before you begin. Ignite helps you move through four practical stages.
Build your core
Identify a handful of Christian business leaders and professionals who understand the vision and want to help build it. The right first people matter more than a full room on day one.
Host an information session
Invite people into the vision, explain Ignite, let them experience the culture, and discover who wants to help establish the chapter.
Form the leadership team
Gather leaders around clear responsibilities so the chapter can care for its members, welcome guests, develop relationships, and stay rooted in prayer.
Launch the chapter
Begin the Seven Gs rhythm, invite intentionally, fill strategic seats, make introductions, develop leaders, pray, serve, and grow together.
Shared leadership
A team carries the chapter together.
Roles are formed around the needs of the local chapter. A typical launch team includes these five areas of responsibility.
President
Carries the chapter vision and keeps the leadership team aligned.
Vice President
Supports chapter operations and helps leaders follow through.
Membership Director
Guides guest follow-up, onboarding, and intentional seat development.
Event Director
Coordinates the meeting environment and chapter gatherings.
Prayer Director
Keeps prayer and spiritual care present in the life of the chapter.
