The Ignite approach

Relationship before referral.

Good relationships begin with being known. Learn the person behind the business: what they care about, where they need help, and what they have to give.

Ignite brings faith and professional life into the same conversation. As trust grows, members can make thoughtful introductions, share wisdom, and act on opportunities that help one another and the community around them.

Be known

Build relationships with people who understand your work, your values, and the purpose behind what you do.

Grow by Giving

Offer an introduction, a useful idea, encouragement, or prayer. Start with the person you can help.

Follow through

Turn a good conversation into a practical next step. Trust grows when people do what they say they will do.

Inside a chapter meeting

Bring your work.
Bring your whole self.

Our chapter rhythm makes space for faith, honest conversation, and practical generosity. Come ready to meet people, listen, and share a little about your work.

This approach is guided by Ignite’s Seven Gs: Gospel, Group, Grade, God, Grow, Get, and Give. Together, they keep spiritual grounding, relationships, reflection, and action at the heart of the gathering.

  1. Start with a shared foundation

Make room for Scripture, faith, and where God is at work in everyday life.

  2. Get to know the people

Hear about each other’s work and the experiences shaping their businesses and lives.

  3. Share a need. Offer your expertise.

Help the room understand a challenge, an opportunity, or a useful introduction you are looking for.

  4. Leave with a next step

Look for a meaningful way to encourage someone, make a connection, or continue a conversation.

Before you visit

A few things you might be wondering.

Who is Ignite for?

Ignite brings together business owners, professionals, and leaders who want to connect their faith with their work. Come with a willingness to build relationships, serve generously, and learn from others.

How does faith shape the meeting?

Ignite is Christ-centered. Scripture, prayer, and conversation about God’s work are part of our chapter approach, alongside business relationships and practical support.

What should I expect as a guest?

Come ready to introduce yourself, share a little about your professional work, and listen to others. Your chapter leader can help with questions about the format and shares arrival details after confirming your visit.

Is there a cost to visit?

You can request one complimentary chapter visit through Ignite. Creating your free profile and requesting a visit do not enroll you in a paid membership. Your chapter leader reviews and confirms the request.

Why do I need a profile?

Your profile introduces you and your professional work to the chapter leader. It also gives you a place to request your visit and see its status. If you already have an Ignite account, you can sign in with that account.

What if I want to become a member?

Ongoing Kingdom Networking membership is $50 per month. Joining a specific chapter involves a separate membership request and leader review; payment alone does not confirm a place. Your chapter leader can help you understand the next steps.
